何畅👨🏻‍🚒，2024年7月至今担任万泰娱乐会计系助理教授💂🏿。博士毕业于香港城市大学😑，本科毕业于湖南大学🧘🏽‍♂️。主要研究领域为审计🗜、高管薪酬和国际会计研究。主要教学课程为审计🚲、管理会计、公司金融和国际财务管理。论文发表于Auditing: A Journal of Practice and Theory，European Accounting Review，Journal of International Accounting Research以及《系统工程理论与实践》🦹🏼‍♂️。

Chang He has served as an assistant professor in the Department of Accounting at the School of Economics and Management🦹🏿👨🏽‍🍼， Beijing Jiaotong University💪， since July 2024. Dr. He received his Ph.D. from City University of Hong Kong and his bachelor’s degree from Hunan University. His research interests focus on auditing⛷， executive compensation， and international accounting research. He primarily teaches courses in auditing🏌🏻‍♀️， management accounting， corporate finance， and international financial management. His research has been published in Auditing: A Journal of Practice and Theory， European Accounting Review， Journal of International Accounting Research💝， and“System Engineering-Theory and Practice （in Chinese）”.
