个人简介梁化康，博士🙄，硕士生导师🧩，系副主任🚶🏻。研究领域和兴趣主要有工程安全与健康管理、人因工程、工程创新与项目管理等。博士毕业于哈尔滨工业大学建设管理系。曾赴美国华盛顿大学（University of Washington🙍🏻， Seattle）联合培养1年⬇️。
主持国家自然科学基金⚒、北京市自然科学基金🙋🏼♂️、北京市社会科学基金等科研项目。参与铁路建设投融资体制改革、全过程工程咨询等其他课题10余项。以第一作者或通讯作者在《Journal of Construction Engineering and Management》🫱🏿⏬、《Safety Science》、《International Journal of Safety and Ergonomics》🏄🏽🙆🏿、《Engineering， Construction & Architectural Management》等国际期刊共发表学术论文10余篇🥇。担任国际期刊《Journal of Management in Engineering》🙆🏿♀️🧏🏿♀️、《Journal of Civil Engineering and Management》🤡、《International Journal of Construction Management》审稿人🎰。
